Let us help you
Hearing the diagnosis of dementia for the first time can be daunting and overwhelming in itself, without the added information overload of knowing the next steps to take; whether that be making changes to your home, professional care or legal help.
You don’t have to make this journey alone, our team are here to help you make sense of all this information.
We have Dementia Advisors who are available to provide expert advice to help you along the way, support groups to help you connect with others, and stimulating activities to help the person living with dementia.
We are also in the process of opening a meeting centre which will support those with younger onset dementia.
How can we help?

Arrange a chat with one of our Dementia advisors
We are happy to meet you in person in our offices or at your home, or alternatively online.
If you don’t want to come alone, you can also bring someone with you for added support.
