Activities & Events

We offer a range of regular activities for people living with or affected by dementia and their carers. Our groups are very popular so do please contact us to check that we have spaces.

Coffee & Connect

A weekly coffee social for those living with and caring for someone with dementia, to meet up and have a cuppa and a chat.
An opportunity to meet others in the community to share experiences, talk and most of all laughter.

Every Tuesday 11-12.30 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Waterfront, St Helier. 

Musical Memories

A weekly musical therapy programme specifically designed for people with dementia.

Monday “sing-along”

Our musical memories group is so popular and has proven to be great therapy, therefore we thought we would put on another musical group!

St Martins Public hall 2-4pm. 

Dates confirmed 7th June, 5th July & 2nd August. 

Splashchat

An award-winning social swimming group run in partnership with Health & Community Services.

Arts Exploration

A weekly art as therapy programme for people with dementia, their families and carers.

Carer Support Sessions

A monthly meeting attended by those currently caring for someone living with dementia.
