Dementia will affect us all – help us make sure no one in Jersey faces it alone.
Here in Jersey, support for those living with dementia and the families who care for them has never been more vital.
How we help
As Jersey’s only dementia charity, we provide expert support, challenge stigma and ensure no one faces this journey alone. With running costs of over £950,000 a year, every pound you give stays here in Jersey to fund:
Therapeutic Activities: from sessions using cognitive stimulation to art, music, seated boxing and gardening, our weekly groups spark joy and reduce anxiety.
Dementia Advisors and Counsellors: our expert staff provide practical guidance and emotional support at every stage.
Carer Support: safe spaces, professional advice and resources for family members navigating the challenges of care.
Education and Training: changing how Jersey thinks and acts, while helping islanders reduce their own risk of dementia.
96% of attendees leave with a smile on their face – a feeling that lasts long after the session ends.
We need your help!
£5 a month could provide new song books for our Musical Memories sessions.
£15 a month could pay for plants and flowers to help our therapeutic allotment.
£30 a month could pay for a counselling session for someone with dementia.
Did you know? Last year alone Dementia Jersey provided over 13,400 moments of support. Help us extend our reach in 2026.
How to donate
Online: you can set up your monthly donation online by following the simple steps on our donation portal on this page. Simply select the amount you would like to give and tick the ‘Make this donation monthly’ box.
Standing Order: you can set up a standing order with your bank to make a regular donation, we have a standing order mandate form that you can download, complete and return to us. You can download via the button below.
Make your donation go further
If you are a Jersey taxpayer and your donation/s throughout the year amounts to £50 or more, your donation qualifies for the Jersey Gift Support scheme. For example, if you’ve given £10 a month, or have donated a one-off donation of £50 or more, your donation is eligible. This means Dementia Jersey will receive an extra 25 pence for every £1 donated. Simply fill in this form at the end of the year and return back to us via post to:
