Receptionist for Dementia Jersey

Are you looking for a rewarding role within the charitable sector? Dementia Jersey are recruiting for a Receptionist and Team Assistant (permanent, 30 hours per week).

As Dementia Jersey’s Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact visitors to the charity will see, duties will include welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the charity.  As the Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager/Deputy CEO with all aspects of administration including confidential HR admin. You’ll also be required to support other members of the team with administration tasks.

Join the team and play a vital role within the charity.

Trustee/Secretary

Are you highly organised and passionate about good governance? Dementia Jersey is seeking a dedicated Secretary to join its Board of Trustees. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of board meetings, uphold governance standards, and support the charity’s strategic direction.

Working closely with the Chair and CEO, you’ll play a key part in guiding board processes and managing documentation. With an average commitment of just 2 hours per week, this is a meaningful opportunity to contribute your skills to a cause that supports hundreds of islanders affected by dementia.
