Innovation and Excellence from Diagnosis and Beyond
A Dementia Jersey Conference

With an estimated 1,600 people living with dementia in Jersey, it is the fastest growing disease affecting over 65s.
Although there is no known cure, research is steadily evolving. Medical advancements and person-centred approaches mean we can now support people living at home for longer, creating environments which support a good quality of life where individuals can live safely and with dignity.

Nutrition support
-
Best-practice care
-
The Island’s new Navigation service
-
In-home modifications
-
Advances in medication
-
