In partnership with Jersey Electricity, we have launched a series of videos for carers – 12 short, easy-to-understand videos created especially for family carers of people living with dementia.
These videos offer practical tips and strategies to help you feel more confident, reduce stress, and enhance the quality of life for both you and the person you’re caring for. Each video features professional guidance presented in a friendly and accessible way, making it easy to find advice that truly helps, whenever you need it.

To ensure the videos truly reflect the real-life experiences of carers, we worked closely with a focus group of family carers to refine the content. Every participant said they would recommend the series to others, sharing feedback such as:
