About me

Aaron is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a STEP-qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in the trust and fiduciary services industry. He has worked with leading organisations in Jersey and the Caribbean, gaining broad international exposure.

Aaron has proven expertise in overseeing complex cross-border structures, with a strong emphasis on governance, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. Throughout his career, his roles have been highly relationship-driven, and he is known for his ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, advisors, and stakeholders at all levels. His professional approach, combined with his technical knowledge, enables him to deliver clear, reliable, and strategic guidance.

What I love about my job

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a trustee at Dementia Jersey, as it allows me to support a cause that is deeply personal to me and to many other islanders who have had family members affected by dementia.

Being part of a mission-driven charity is inspiring, and I value the opportunity to apply my transferable skills from my corporate experience to strengthen the charity’s operations and long-term sustainability. Working alongside a passionate team is incredibly rewarding, and we hope to continue to enhance the charity’s impact in supporting those living with dementia and their families.

Aaron loves spending time outdoors and has a passion for anything on two wheels. More recently, he’s taken up golf and running. In his free time, you might find him working on lowering his handicap or chasing a new PB at Park Run.
