About me

I started working for Dementia Jersey in October 2025 having previously spent 12 years working as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Ambulance Service. During that time I worked with countless people with dementia and witnessed the impact it can have on them and their families.

What I love about my job

I’m very passionate about helping people who are going through difficult times and I love to see the progress that people make as they learn to embrace new ways of enjoying their lives. Seeing the difference small acts of kindness and understanding can make to people is incredibly rewarding.

Did you know

I’m very interested in philosophy, history and football. I have a young son and a puppy so often find myself needing to be philosophical.
