Art Exploration is our weekly art session designed specifically for people living with dementia, and members of their families and carers. It offers a safe space for creativity, connection and social engagement.
We have spaces at our session on a Wednesday morning, 10am until 11.15am in St Peter.
Why not have a taster session to see if it’s the right fit for you and the person you care for with dementia.

💖 Love was in the air at first community event for 2026 - our Valentine dance at Communicare last Saturday 💖 It was wonderful to see everyone up dancing and enjoying themselves.
“What a wonderful party you gave yesterday for Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed it very much. I haven’t seen him so animated for a long time. He was singing along and smiling, such a joy to see, thank you. The food was delicious and as always your volunteers were wonderful. I am so grateful for all the activities and help you give us. We would be lost without the Dementia Jersey Activities.”
We couldn’t put on these lovely community events without the support from others. We had delicious cakes donated by @ransoms_tearooms and @viennabakeryjsy, @cicoop kindly gave us vouchers for us to buy goodies towards the event and our lovely volunteer Paula baked some tasty treats too! Big thank you to the fabulous Terry Arthur for entertaining too.
