Dementia Support Line
Launching Saturday 18 April 2026
Saturday Sing-A-Long is a weekly singing group for people with dementia and their carers.
Due to the popularity of our Musical Memories group, this is a second singing group for people living with dementia and their carers.
Just like our much-loved Friday afternoon sessions, this group offers a relaxed and joyful space to sing well-loved songs, play musical instruments and take part in engaging musical activities together. Join us as we sing well-loved songs, play musical instruments and engage in musical activities.
Most of all we have fun and share laughter with an aim to stimulate memory, increase communication and encourage social networks. Rusty voices welcome!
Joni loves coming along to Musical Memories on a Friday and loves that they “sing all the old songs” that she knows. Matt who leads it is “just brilliant and the singing makes me feel really good.” Joni’s daughter, Popsy adds “Musical Memories is a real feel-good afternoon and you leave feeling so uplifted and happy.” Joni agrees it is the perfect way to end her week.
