Hive of activity down at our #ForgetMeNotPlot earlier this month. We hosted our Friday Meeting Place Project at the allotment and members were able to bring their family and friends down and enjoy some tea and scones whilst pottering round the plot 🌸
It was the first session of our Summer Programme - a project funded by @governmentofjersey Community Connecters fund.
Each week (weather permitting!) Dementia Jersey host a different activity at the allotment.

*Evening Carers` Support Group*
Do you care for someone with dementia? Join us for our Evening Carers` Support Meeting this Wednesday at Osprey House.
Our Carers` Support Meetings are an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences and give mutual support and encouragement.

Become a Dementia Friend
Our Dementia Friends programme aims to change the way people think, act and talk about dementia.
Our specially trained Dementia Champions deliver face-to- face awareness sessions to small groups.
Workshops are free, around an hour long and will enhance people’s understanding of dementia using interactive activities, Q&A session and videos. All participants will earn a Dementia Friends Jersey badge to further spread awareness.
