Our Brain Health Campaign is a coordinated effort to raise awareness about the importance of brain health and to provide information on how to maintain and improve it.

Campaign

The campaign aims to educate the Jersey public about the various factors that can impact brain health, such as diet, exercise, sleep, and mental stimulation. It also dispels myths and misconceptions about brain health.

Why is it Important?

The brain is one of the most vital organs in our body. It controls our thoughts, memory, speech, and movement. It regulates the function of many organs in our body. When our brain health is at its best, we’re able to make better decisions, solve problems, interact with others, and enjoy life to its fullest.

However, as we age, our brain’s structure and function can change. Without proper care and maintenance, our brain health can decline. The Brain Health Campaign aims to highlight the importance of taking care of our brains as we would any other part of our bodies.
