Dementia Advisor – Part time (20 hours per week)
Are you looking for a rewarding role within the charitable sector? Dementia Jersey are recruiting for a Dementia Advisor, part time – 20 hours per week – on a two year contract.
Join the team and play a pivotal role within the charity. As a member of the team of Dementia Advisors you will provide a highly responsive and individualised advice, information and signposting service to people with dementia, their carers and family members; you will also assist the Senior Dementia Advisor in the delivery of support programmes for carers.
