About me

Experienced and proven business leader with a passion for delivering growth, product innovation and financial targets. Jersey born, but with largely international experience, across Defence, Financial, Legal and Telecommunications sectors.

Leveraging a strong academic background (Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Director, Wharton Advanced Management Programme) I have a proven track record of creating, communicating and delivering business strategies.

As a key member of JT’s Executive Committee, I gained significant experience across multiple areas with senior leadership roles held across Finance, Commercial, Product, Digital, Operations, Legal, Regulatory and Company Secretarial.

Following my departure from JT, I have recently taken on the role of the Interim CEO at the JSPCA.

What I love about my job

My current role as interim CEO at the JSPCA is incredibly rewarding and diverse. Every day throws up different experiences and challenges and I am very happy to be supporting such an important charity in its work.

As a child, I had a passion for animals and initially pursued a career in Veterinary Science spending time with the JSPCA volunteering. Whilst life did take me in a different direction, my love of all animals has survived which makes this current interim role all the more rewarding.

Did you know

In 2021, I took part in a White-Collar boxing event. This represented a massive physical and emotional challenge and I am immensely proud of the achievement. I have 5 children and 2 dogs who keep me very busy outside of work!
