About me

I joined Dementia Jersey as a Trustee in 2024. I have had a Recruitment and HR career over the last 20 years and have had the opportunity to work for some amazing companies in that time across industries. I currently Head up the Resourcing function and the Human Resources Business Partnering capability for Aztec Group. This involves leading a global team and with my colleagues shaping the people strategy for the organisation.

What I love about my job

People are the most important part of any organisation and my role is totally focused on people. I enjoy working in a global business with the unique challenges that brings in each location and leading a high performing team. Growth and development have always been areas that I have enjoyed and seeing people in the right role for them thriving and making an impact is so rewarding.

Dementia is such a relevant charity for so many people and is something that I feel strongly about supporting. I am delighted to be a Trustee working alongside exceptionally talented individuals.

Did you know

I have two children who are growing up much more quickly than I would like. In the summer we spend as much time as possible outside and enjoy all that Jersey has to offer with the fabulous beaches and scenic walks. Even though I was born in Jersey I feel very lucky to live here.
