Reframing Dementia

After working in Glasgow and Exeter, I moved to Jersey in the mid-1960s – initially planning to come for just one season. I’ve been here ever since, working as an electrical contractor for my own business and others.

In my early 40s I began my love affair with golf and played for the Chateau Golf Society and Royal Jersey Golf Club. In my younger years, I also enjoyed both playing and coaching football.

Since my diagnosis, I like to spend time with my family, with my wife and daughter often taking me out to activities and events. One of my favourites is ‘Musical Memories’, as I have always loved dancing and singing.

My motto is “I love life!”.
