Our Carers Support Pack has been designed by our Dementia Advisors, who have many years of experience supporting people with dementia and their families and friends.
Receiving a diagnosis of dementia can be overwhelming and we know that good, accessible information and access to a range of support services can be a lifeline.

The pack can also be used to store information you receive from Dementia Jersey, your doctor or other health and social care providers. Please pop into our office at Osprey House if you would like to pick up a pack. It will also be available to download shortly.
